Registration Information

Registration for ICICS 2026 is now open.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Registration Deadlines

For paper authors

Registration deadline (Round 1): Thursday, June 25, 2026 23:59 JST (UTC+9)

For co-authors and/or attendees

Early registration deadline: Tuesday, September 1, 2026 23:59 JST (UTC+9)
Regular registration applies from: Wednesday, September 2, 2026

Registration Fees

Author registration: JPY 100,000
Attendee registration, early bird by September 1, 2026: JPY 70,000
Attendee registration, after September 1, 2026: JPY 90,000

Registration Policy

(1) Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author.
(2) The presentation can be onsite or online.
(3) One full registration can cover only one paper.
(4) All registration fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be made after the registration deadline.
